Competition Structure

Pool-Based Team Competition

Teams compete in pools of similar activity levels. Win your pool each week to move up!

Week 1: Ranking Week

All teams are ranked and placed into pools based on their activity levels. This ensures fair competition throughout the season.

Weekly Competition

Each week: highest scoring team moves UP a pool, lowest scoring team moves DOWN. Goal: Win your pool each week!

No Overall Winner

Only WEEKLY pool winners. Everyone competes against teams at similar activity levels for fair and engaging competition.

Team Focus

Cross-departmental teams compete together. Support functions and service lines work as one unit toward shared activity goals.
